Rating : - great service I was travelling from Europe via Japan, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand to the USA. Anyhow they were handling my luggage so badly that they broke on one of those flights my charger (possibly somewhere in security). I tried several shops in Houston to buy a replacement including the SonyStyle shop. No luck at all. Went back to the hotel, had a look at amazon.com, ordered it and had it two days later delivered to my room. That's perfect service.
